Welcome to Calendar AI, operated by Delta Metrics. By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Calendar AI. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the content and data you create (events, notes, etc.). By using Calendar AI, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync your data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content. Our use of data is further described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not: use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts; interfere with or disrupt the service; scrape or automate access in violation of our instructions; or use the service to harm others. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.
Calendar AI and its design, features, and branding are owned by Delta Metrics or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service or use our trademarks without written permission.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on reminders, suggestions, or other outputs of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Metrics and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of Calendar AI. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Calendar AI after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
