By accessing or using any Delta Metrics application or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

- Strelok: Ballistic calculations are estimates. Always verify independently. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated calculations.
- You AI: Personality reports are for entertainment and self-reflection, not clinical diagnosis.
- ChargeHelp: Dispute guidance is informational, not legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal matters.
- Calendar AI: AI suggestions are assistive. Always verify important calendar entries.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the respective platform's terms. We do not process payments directly.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding in the Services are owned by Delta Metrics and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create within the Apps. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.
